Now in version 2.0, you can run the app on the larger device for more detailed reports on your spending.

Here’s what’s officially new:

● Easy-to-understand, multi-touch graphs show you where your money is going so you get a clear picture of your spending and your net worth./> ● Redesigned overview screen, so you get a quick snapshot of your finances and latest alerts, bill reminders and advice./> ● Enter cash and pending transactions so you have the most accurate view of your spending./> ● Get a detailed view of your transactions./> ● View your data even without a wireless connection.

I’m glad to see that I don’t have to run their iPhone app surrounded by a huge black border on my iPad anymore.

Apple’s In-Store Pickup Pilot Begins In San Francisco

style="text-align: left;">href="http://www.everythingicafe.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/photo2-1.png">class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-24785" title="photo2 (1)" src="http://www.everythingicafe.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/photo2-1.png" alt="" width="526" height="350" />href="http://www.everythingicafe.com/apple-preps-in-store-pickups-of-online-orders/2011/10/24/">Confirming reports from earlier this month Apple has rolled out a trial program for in-store pickups of items ordered through their online store. The ship to store feature is href="http://9to5mac.com/2011/10/26/apple-ship-to-store-goes-live-in-san-francisco">currently only working in San Francisco, so when you order items online through href="http://store.apple.com/us">the Apple Store, you’ll now be able to have it waiting for you in San Francisco, available on the same day with some items and configurations.

style="text-align: left;">Reports say that it’ll soon spread into the wider Bay Area, and over the coming weeks and months over the rest of the USA — just in time for Christmas, I’m willing to bet.

ZENandTECH 20: Communication

Georgia and Rene talk about Siri, and about human communication — why it’s important, what challenges we face, and how to become better at it. This is ZENandTECH!

The manner in which we interact with the world is so very important to who we are and how we feel about ourselves.

Do you leave an interaction and think to yourself, how did I look, Did I look smart, did I win that argument, did I come off as witty and intelligent? That may lead to winning battles but losing the war.

Instead, consider how you left the other person, feeling validated, listened to, empowered?

Please help us out by recommending ZENandTECH to your family, friends, and co-workers! They’re just as stressed as you are, help them out!

And if you haven’t already, please leave us a rating and review in iTunes!, it really helps us reach and help more people!

You can reach all of us @ZENandTECH, via email at podcast@zenandtech.tv, or leave a comment below!

Thanks everyone, you’re the best community on the web and we love having you with us!

Aaron Sorkin being courted for Steve Jobs biography, the movie?

Aaron Sorkin being courted for Steve Jobs biography, the movie?

Aaron Sorkin, responsible for everything from The West Wing TV series to The Social Network, is rumored to be somehow, someway, in consideration or talks — basically being courted by Sony — to write the movie version of the just-released Steve Jobs biography.

Sorkin is one of the smartest screen writers in recent times, with a pitch-perfect ear for dramatic dialog. He made the relatively boring subject of Facebook into a highly engaging movie (as opposed to terrible writing, which made a lot of fantastic looking movies painful to endure) and could likely inject similar sizzle in the Steve Jobs movie.

Let’s hope they make this deal and get it done. Then all they have to do is cast Steve Jobs. What do you think, TiPb nation, Noah Wiley again?
