iPhone 4S To Have A5 Processor, 8MP Cam Says Bloomberg

As if to run exactly counter to yesterday’s radical redesign rumor, Bloomberg is saying that the next edition of the iPhone won’t see major physical changes. Their sources peg the update to hit September, and that the phone will have an A5 processor, and an 8-megapixel camera. They’re also claiming that the next iPad will see a resolution bump, similar to where the iPhone 4 is now.

Reaction to the rumor of a major iPhone redesign has been mixed, but Jeff Bertolucci from PC World has taken it on himself to disprove the rumor singlehandedly. Like I said when we first ran the story: grain of salt.
