Apple Working To Let You Combined Multiple Apple IDs

This hasn’t been an issue until now, as switching users has been easy through iTunes or iOS, but with the release of iCloud, that’s set to change. Due to the automatic download functionality, Apple has changed things to make it harder to switch between accounts with restricted logins — you can only switch accounts once every 90 days.

Some people have more than one AppleID due to having multiple email addresses they’ve had over years. Others now have two thanks to MobileMe, as their MobileMe and personal IDs are considered separate.

Now they’ve heard that Apple is working on a method of combining multiple Apple IDs into one login. However, until that rolls out, they “recommended picking a single account to plan on keeping indefinitely and to make all future purchases on that account.”
