Are you sick and tired of the constant patent battles between tech companies? Because we sure are. We just found out that Samsung is already warming up their legal action href="http://www.macrumors.com/2011/09/19/samsung-already-planning-to-target-iphone-5-with-patent-lawsuits/">to attack Apple over the iPhone 5. As reported href="http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/tech/2011/09/133_94958.html">in the Korea Times:

“Just after the arrival of the iPhone 5 here, Samsung plans to take Apple to court here for its violation of Samsung’s wireless technology related patents,” said a senior executive from Samsung Electronics, asking not to be identified.

“For as long as Apple does not drop mobile telecommunications functions, it would be impossible for it to sell its i-branded products without using our patents. We will stick to a strong stance against Apple during the lingering legal fights.”

This battle between the two companies isn’t going away anytime soon, and frankly it’s just getting more and more ludicrous. They’re readying a legal battle for a phone that doesn’t even officially exist yet. Which means that Apple is probably getting ready for the Galaxy S III.
