Want to get your hands on a famous iPhone 4 prototype? It’s now available on eBay, someone got hold of a test unit, and they’re selling it on the service. It’s non-functional for making calls, but otherwise seems to be in pretty good condition. So, what’s the big caveat? Since this auction was released to the public, it’s been absolutely slammed with fake bids. It was first spotted by ThisisMyNext, and the opening bid was $800. Since then in skyrocketed into the tens of thousands, the auctioneer then went through and culled a bunch of fake bids. However, that obviously wasn’t enough, as it’s now sitting on almost $1 million. A little rich for my blood.
