Awesome web-based jailbreaking app JailbreakMe has just hit version 3.0, accessible from JailbreakMe.com. Just point your mobile browser to the website, and you can install Cydia. That’s it, from any iOS device. This new version not only jailbreaks iOS 4.3.3, but is fully functional with the iPad 2.
Installing is painfully easy. You literally just head to the website and hit the FREE button, then INSTALL. Then Cydia will load on your homescreen, and you’re free.
Apparently there have been some traffic woes with the new service catching up to all the interest, so if it doesn’t work for you immediately, give it a couple of hours and hopefully things will die down a little.
