WSJ Says Thinner, Lighter New iPhone For Q3

According to the Wall Street Journal, the new iPhone will be thinner, lighter, and consequently significantly harder to make. According to their supply chain sources, Apple is gearing up for a 3rd quarter launch, it will be smaller, and have an 8-megapixel camera.

Their sources say Apple is planning 25 million units by end of the year, but their are issues because the Foxconn/Hon Hai assembly lines are having problems putting together the small and complex handsets. Calling it ”complicated and difficult to assemble,” this could lead to delays and shortages — a familiar situation for Apple users wanting the newest generation of Apple product.
