If a customer was previously eligible for an upgrade on November 25th, AT&T has moved their upgrade to November 1st. Personally, I’ve seen my eligibility get bumped up from November 9th. It’s not clear if these moves are only for master accounts or if they also affect sub-accounts on FamilyTalk plans. These upgrades make a tremendous difference in the cost of the iPhone 4S, with prices moving from $399/16GB, $499/32GB ,$599/64GB to $199/16GB, $299/32GB, $399/64GB.

Those of you with upgrade eligibility in November should check either AT&T or the Apple Store, if you were waiting on the additional subsidy. AT&T currently has stock of the black iPhone 4S in all storage capacities. Apple also offers the option at 9PM each night to reserve an iPhone 4S in your area. Those ordering from Apple for delivery are seeing 1-2 weeks for delivery, with AT&T showing 21-28 days out of stock models including any of the white iPhone 4S models.
