Bloomberg Puts Together Hypothetical iPhone 5 Parts List

So while we don’t have a written context for this, I think we can make some pretty clear observations. They appear to be estimating a 16GB model with an A5 chip and 512MB RAM.

style="text-align: left;">Some of us (myself included) think that a base model of 32GB with a 64GB version would be a nice improvement, and so to a RAM increase. This breakdown also makes no mention of NFC chips or the like.

style="text-align: left;">What is interesting is that this estimate gives a price breakdown of $270 for a 16GB version — that’s substantially above the iPhone 4′s 16GB price of $188, href="http://www.everythingicafe.com/16gb-iphone-4-costs-188/2010/06/28/">as calculated by iSuppli.
