Employees Told Not To Talk About Sprint iPhone

style="text-align: left;">href="http://cdn.everythingicafe.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/iPhonemum.png">class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-23378" title="iPhonemum" src="http://cdn.everythingicafe.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/iPhonemum.png" alt="" width="571" height="207" />href="http://www.everythingicafe.com/wsj-sprint-iphone-5-coming-this-october/2011/08/23/">With rumors of a Sprint iPhone 5 hitting a fever pitch, Sprint has told their employees href="http://www.sprintfeed.com/2011/08/sprint-advising-employees-to-remain-mum-on-iphone/">not to discuss the matter, but haven’t done anything to specifically quash the rumors. The memo tells staff to answer any questions about the iPhone, or mentioning they saw the rumors, but have no information on the matter.

style="text-align: left;">So, what does everyone think? Is this a non-denial, and does it pretty much confirm a Sprint iPhone? After all, if they weren’t getting it, why not just deny the rumor and push an Android handset on people? Or is Sprint trying to ride the hype, using the interest to pull in more people, even if they aren’t going to get the iPhone? What do you think?
