DA Will Not Charge Gizmodo in iPhone 4 Prototype Case

The District Attorney in San Mateo has concluded from reviewing the evidence, that no Gizmodo employees have committed a crime. They have charged misdemeanor charges against Brian Hogan and Sage Wallflower, with their arraignment set for August 25th, 2011.
